This is an OLD mix of mine circa 2000, when All I could afford was one 1200, an old 1300 and a basic Numark mixer. That 1300 was a CHALLENGE!

Anyways, this is a Progressive set, before progressive got really out of hand and trancey. I would call this Trance, but Trance has made SUCH a transition over the past 10 years that I'm not sure what you'd call this anymore. Progressive Trance was always so formatted- go, stop, go breakdown, go stop, outtro, nextsong,. This isn't like that. Anyways, it was Trance to me back then. It's a bunch of solid tracks. A lot of stuff from Hope Recordings. A lot of big names came out of this time to have very succesful careers in the early 2000's. A lot of these tracks are what got these folks established. So, Here they are, hope you enjoy:

Oh yeah, the name Heavy -D comes from the fact that it stands for Heavy-DRUNK, not the rapper. This mix kind of flows like a good buzz....

Roughly 129BPM (just guessing)

1. Starecase- Undecided

2. Papa New Guinea- Intensify              (I believe the vocals are Alanis Morisette)

3. Mainframe                (Just a monster of a track. Works the subs)

4. Tomba Vira- Drums Come Alive (Eddie Dark Afterhour Mix)

5.  Safari Duo- Played-a-live

6. Dano- Rm.10               (Dano really came to light when many DJ's played his "Crash On Mars" a collaboration with DJ Dan. Played at manny a massive...)

7.Q~Tohn- Onlx-1

8. Starecase- Hopeless              (I was diggin' on the mission control samples)

9. Max Grahm- Shoreline          (Kind of Spacey and etheral but still with a nice rolling bassline)

10. Groove Zone- A Melody       (this was a b-side with the Eisbaer release, believe it or not)

11. The Dreamcatcher- Home    (It took me a lot of years to find good tracks to mix in and out with this one)

12. Force Majuere- Out Of My Mind             (If I recall, from here on my Bro always said that he could put the 'phones on and lose it)

13. Phools, Inc.- Light it up (main)           (The infamous Oliver Leib- awesome producer)

14. X-Cabs- Breaker         (something to warm the room up with- the last 5 tracks were a bit on the spacey side. This one brings you back down, but still up if you catch my drift)

15. Max Grahm- Airtight         (I never knew how powerful this track is until I dropped it at a massive. Jaw dropper)

16. Project #1- #1[013@013]        (something to keep you wanting more)

Thanks for the listen! Hope it was worth it for you......
